EPMD "Going Out Of Business"

Back in they hey day there wasn't a rap duo that could mess with this pair of neanderthal monsters on the microphone. They were truly Strictly Business.

My question to you is why did Erik Sermon have more commercial success than his partner in ryhme Parrish Smith?

EPMD is an American hip hop group fromBrentwoodNew York. The group's name is a concatenation of the members' names "E" and "PMD" or an acronym for "Erick and Parrish Making Dollars", referencing its members, emcees Erick Sermon ("E" aka E Double) and Parrish Smith ("PMD" aka Parrish Mic Doc). Though, during an interview on college radio station WHOV in 1987, Parrish Smith stated, "We were originally known as "EEPMD" (Easy Erick and Parrish the Microphone Doctor), but chose to go with EPMD because it was easier to say." He also stated that another reason they dropped the two "E's" was because N.W.A.'s Eric Wright was already using "Eazy-E" as his stage name. The group has been active for 28 years (minus two breakups in 1993 and 1999), and is one of the most prominent acts in east coast hip hop. Diamond J, DJ K La Boss, andDJ Scratch were DJs for the group.[1]

The word "business" is used in every title of the group's albums. Every album also has a track with "Jane" in the title.

After all these years do think these to still test there skills battling each other?

"ONYX" Whatever happened to the darkest member of the maddest rap group in history

For those of you who are in the age range of 35 to 45 I'm quite sure you're all familiar with the hit rap group Onyx. These were some of my favorite rappers they were always so angry as a matter of fact there symbol was the angry face. Many of us know that the rapper Sticky Fingerz went on to do a few film and television appearances. Also Fredro Starr has appeared in several hit movies and a few television appearances also. But whatever happened to that little dark skin lazy eyed Sonny Seeza? It's like trio rap groups always at some point seem like the third member is always the third wheel? Not to appear negative cause on a tricycle the third wheel is just as important as the other two.

Big love to ask the members of Oynx thanks for helping mold the sounds of hip hip thru out the 90's

The rise and demise of a social lite" Paris Hilton"

Boy I'm telling you now days it must be very hard being a socialite from the late  90's and early 2000's. What ever happened to Paris mother f****** Hilton?

You know if iI could ask her one question would be after showing us your coochie so many times did you really wanna be a porn star or something like that our you just insinuating that you wish could just fuck the whole got damn world?

Hey Paris with all that bread your family got were you just bored? To me seems like you really didn't give a rat's ass about nothing not even how your daddy would react to seeing his daughters poo poo every other week splattered across the news paper.

Paris Hilton used to be the darling of celeb land and now where the hell is she? To me it seems like no one really cares about Miss "Hot in the ass" Hilton anymore. Everytime she left her house, hoards of paparazzi would be there to capture her every move, and now....not so much. Its clear Paris has been shoved aside by the Lindsay Lohan's Beyonce's, Rihanna's and Kim Kardashian's of this world, and no longer has such a big place in the world of celebrity where she exhibited no freaking talent at all, well lemme clarify that, no singing, writing off acting talents. Ain't our fault she had to much competition in the world of ppornography.  I'm going to seriously have to admit miss Hilton has a mean head game. And as of lately she's way less drama then she used to be!

With rumours circulating that the heiress is dating DJ Afrojack (one of the worlds biggest dj's), she's had a little more attention. But we've recently found out that these days when at his gig's, she has a photographer who goes everywhere with her to take her picture....and leak it too the press.

Desperate times call for desperate measures huh Miss Paris.

In some places, like the Middle East, she's still a huge star, but she is no longer a cover girl, and does not seem to ever do anything news worthy since we've seen her punanny for free more times than we've actually needed to and her leaked porn tape seemed more staged then my boy Ray J and Kim K. On a trip to Australia recently, she hired two separate photographers to be with her all the time. Her pictures are now worth four times less than they were in her heyday, and her party appearance fees have drifted from around $100,000 to around $15,000 for a night.

When it comes to appearance fee's and openings, Kim Kardashian and Jersey Shore's 'the situation' are the biggest winners, earning up too or more than $150,000 every time.

Miss. Hilton has admitted missing the mark in the past, but is due to make her comeback with an apparently 'huge' new album, oh God save its all please!  On which she has been working with big players like Ludacris and LMFAO. We'll see.

Ashanti is she back on her "A" game

Being a guy that grew up listening to groups such as Jodeci,  KC and Jojo also groups like Dru Hill and Jagged Edge let's not forget about 112, Xcape and Total these were some of my favorite artists throughout the 90s in 2000's. But when it comes to female artists single and solo I'd have to give it a big double thumbs up and all out hands down approval and praise to my girl a Ashanti. Ashanti has the complete package from looks to style her personality kinda reminds you of a young Penny from That early70's show called Good Times. Yo and her body oh my she has a body on her I'm quite sure I'm not the only guy that fantasize about Miss Ashanti  throughout my late twenties so forth and so on.

So lemme be one of those cool bloggers to hook you up with the lyrics and the ringtone courteousy of me Changed Man.

"I Got It"
(feat. Rick Ross)

Ohh, I got it, I got it

Been a ten since it all began
Don't ask me why 'cause I got it
I work hard, yeah I put work in
He shine it up but I drive it
I ain't saying that I'm bragging babe
I just like to celebrate my accolades

[Future:]
Push it to the limit, like a big body benz
Push to the limit, push it
Push to the limit

[Ashanti:]
I'm just saying how I feel about my life right now
My head so high and I can't come down
This is where I'm at and I'm on it, on it, on it
He feeling my persona trying to push up on it

Ohh

Well, I'm ready able and capable
So come get it
What are you waiting for?
Cause I lit it, hit it, now watch it blow
When I finish with it, you'll see the smoke
Ohh, what I can give is almost perfect babe
I ain't got no worries, look into my face

If you want it, I got it
That body on me, I got it
When you wake up, I got it
That ain't never leaving and I got it
Boy this body on lock and we can take it there
Anything that you think of, I got it right here

Take it to the edge, I got it
Throw it up if you got it
Put them bottles up if you got it
Keep spending that money like you got it
'Cause you may never get another night like this
So push it to the limit, if you about this life then live it

[Rick Ross:]
She knowing I'm the hottest, knowing I'm the biggest
Fuck being modest, I'm worth 50 million
Bricks on consignment, killed Carolina, bullet proof coupes
Silk shirts designer
She wanted cappuccino so I bought the Starbucks
2.4 that's off 2 notch roll
Nickels on the corner, Pickles in the salad
Pictures on the wall, Chickens in the attic
Choppa's in the phantom
Bezels on the watches
Hate in your heart, really you the target
They say I'm hard to kill, there's money on my head
(Let's make it work tonight)
Mastermind coming, still running from the fed, It's BOSS

[Ashanti:]

If your on it, like I'm on it
Then come on it, we gon' flaunt it
I'm gonna stand on top of the globe
I don't think you're ready yet, boy this thing is drippin' wet
Tell me what your tryng to do?
I can have you floating higher than what you got in that cup
I can tear that thing up, I can tear that thing up
Got you creepin up behind, as your feeling up on mine
Usually I wouldn't give you none but fuck it, I'm on one

Yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, yeah, yeah

I got it, I got it, I got it, I got it

If you want it, I got it
That body on me, I got it
When you wake up, I got it
That ain't never leaving and I got it
Boy this body on lock and we can take it there
Anything that you think of, I got it right here

Take it to the edge, I got it
Throw it up if you got it
Put them bottles up if you got it
Keep spending that money like you got it
'Cause you may never get another night like this
So push it to the limit, if you about this life then live it

Heroin city... watch out Bmore

Coroner, DA: Heroin deaths on the rise in York County

By LIZ EVANS SCOLFORO

POSTED:   02/27/2014 08:43:52 AM
In response to a spike in York County heroin deaths this year, the county's coroner, district attorney's office and police are working together to find ways to combat the deadly increase.

"You're playing Russian roulette every time you're sticking a needle in your arm," District Attorney Tom Kearney said. "Heroin is flooding the market. ... From what I've been told, it's a statewide and nationwide problem. We have to react to what we're seeing, and we're trying to do that."

In 2013, the York County Coroner's Office recorded 16 confirmed heroin-related deaths, plus two more overdose deaths that were ruled "highly suspicious" for heroin, according to Coroner Pam Gay.

My reasons for sharing this is because I am currently living in York Pennsylvania right now , and there's a serious heroin problem right here. I come from Baltimore City the heroin capital in my eyes for the last 25 years. I can't believe how much her when traffic and usage and abuse is there is in York Pennsylvania. Maybe I can help bring some light on this matter cuz its I was hoping that has personally touch my life.

B A L T I M O R E, March 14 — Baltimore is the heroin capital of the United States.

Government agencies estimate that as many as one in 10 of the city's residents are addicted to the drug. Wanda, 42, was one of them.

"I did tricks, I stole, I robbed, I did whatever I had to do to get it," she says of her $50-a-day heroin habit. "The drug was taking control of my life."

Wanda, who asked that her last name not be used, says she began using heroin at the age of 18. Now she is in a treatment program at the Center for Addiction Medicine in downtown Baltimore. She has been drug-free for more than two months.

'I Wanted to Die'

A 27-year-old woman who asked to be identified only as "T" is also undergoing treatment. She says her heroin addiction turned her from a ballet student into an exotic dancer.

"I went from dancing at the Peabody [Institute] to dancing in a strip club — that's how I paid for that habit," she says. "[Heroin] will make you do things you wouldn't expect yourself to do."

Jonathan, 18, says he contemplated suicide before he quit using the drug only last Friday.

"I wanted to die," he explains. "I just wanted to shoot up until it killed me because I'd lost my feeling of self-worth."

Jonathan, who says he spent as much as $140 per day on the drug, is being treated with buprenorphine — a prescribed "substitute drug."

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency says the city has the highest per capita heroin addiction rate in the country. Estimates of the total number of addicts in the city vary, but experts agree it's staggering.

In a city of 645,000, the Baltimore Department of Health estimates there are 60,000 drug addicts, with as many as 48,000 of them hooked on heroin. A federal report released last month puts the number of heroin addicts alone at 60,000.

The problem in the city is so acute that the federal government has designated Baltimore part of what it calls a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area, making it eligible for special federal assistance to local police.

Tom Carr, the director of the Washington/Baltimore HIDTA program — a joint federal, state and local effort — says the heroin epidemic in Baltimore dates back to the 1950s and is now an engrained part of the city's culture.

"It's an old 'heroin town,'" says Carr. "There is an appetite for heroin in Baltimore … It's accepted by all too many people down there as something that's normal behavior.

It's a damn shame that Caroline plays a major part in most people's lives whether you're using it or selling it it affects everyone mothers children parents grandparents somebody is affected at some point.
